Status: Concept Design
Concept design for a new vibrant mixed-use urban development at a central location in Örnsköldsvik, containing an expansion of an existing swimming hall, high-rise housing, garage, commercial spaces, a preschool and parking facilities. The proposal includes integration of green technology throughout the design, including water reuse, green roofs, solar panels integrated on the roof and the use of wooden constructions.
