A small sheltered housing building for people with special needs. 6 apartments and shared spaces mimick a private row house typlogy to create a sense of ownership. The apartments have separate entrances and private outdoor areas. The building has a wooden construction and the facades are clad in light brown wooden panel with a touch of fibre cement board.
